This policy explains what Operator, operated by AXE Technology, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Usage data — requests, token counts, and spend, to meter your plan and show your usage.
• Content — the prompts, files, and artifacts you send through the service.

How we use it

To operate and route the service, meter billing, provide support, secure the platform, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

Model providers

When your request is routed to a third-party model provider, the prompt is processed under that provider's privacy terms. When you connect your own provider plan, that provider receives the request directly.

Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as your account is active and as required by law. Artifacts you publish persist until you delete them.

Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your account data. Request it at privacy@0perator.co.

Security

We protect data in transit and at rest and restrict access to it. No system is perfectly secure; keep your API keys confidential.

Changes

We will post material changes to this policy here with a new effective date.
