Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Operator, operated by AXE Technology. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Operator is an agent platform and a gateway that routes your requests to models from Operator and third-party providers. Availability of any specific model is not guaranteed and may change.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Do not share credentials or use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans include monthly credits; usage beyond included credits draws on your balance.
• Credits are for use within Operator and have no cash value.
• Third-party provider plans you connect are governed by that provider's own terms; tools and cloud hosting are billed separately.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Operator to generate unlawful content, to attack or overload the service, to resell access except as a sanctioned distributor, or in violation of a connected provider's policies.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the inputs and outputs you create. You grant Operator the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as routing requests and storing artifacts you choose to publish.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using Operator at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
